The trio was formed through the meeting of three musicians—Giulia Di Palmo (piano), Margherita Simionato (violin), and Ludovica Cordova (cello)—who share a deep musical affinity and a common vision of chamber music as a privileged space for dialogue, exploration, and the development of a unified sonic identity. From their earliest collaborations, the ensemble has cultivated a consistent focus on timbral balance, mutual listening, and the shaping of a cohesive interpretative language, aimed at a thoughtful and structured approach to the repertoire.
All three members, born in 2000, pursued advanced musical training after graduating from the Conservatory at some of Italy’s most prestigious institutions, including the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala di Milano, the Accademia Internazionale “Incontri col Maestro” di Imola, and the Accademia Aldo Ciccolini di Trani. There, they refined their artistry under the guidance of leading figures on the international music scene such as Giovanni Sollima, Bruno Canino, Daniele Pascoletti, Ivan Rabaglia, Andrea Lucchesini, Klaidi Sahatci, Alberto Miodini, Enrico Bronzi, Andrea Noferini, and Pierpaolo Maurizzi.
Alongside their chamber music activity, the musicians regularly collaborate with major Italian institutions, including orchestras and festivals such as the Festival di Pratovecchio, the Festival del Capo di Leuca, the Ravello Festival, and others.
Their concert activity has led them to perform in important venues including the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome, the Casa della Musica in Parma, MaMu in Milan, the Società dei Concerti di Parma, as well as on stages such as the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in Paris, the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, and the Teatro Petro Marko in Albania, engaging with diverse audiences and a wide range of acoustic environments.
The trio places particular emphasis on the chamber repertoire for their formation and is currently attending the Master di Alto Perfezionamento in Musica da Camera in Parma under the guidance of Pierpaolo Maurizzi, Alberto Miodini, Luigi Mazza, Amiram Ganz, Francesco Dillon, and Giovanni Gnocchi.
In addition to their ensemble work, the members have distinguished themselves as soloists, principal players, and winners of auditions and national awards, and have also taken part in recording projects with national labels.
