Dans le Couloury, le vent hurle à Hurlevent entre les fougères et les rosiers.
Une villa sous des airs de chaumière, aux murs couverts de tableaux divers; un jardin, nommé parc par certains, expose des sculptures de contemporains.
Un gazon, le green des golfeurs, tondu par le maître des lieux du haut de son tracteur et des parterres aux verts variés, entretenus par la maîtresse avec ardeur.
Depuis plus de quarante ans, cette demeure accueille amis, artistes, visiteurs, parents, enfants, voisins et musiciens.
Les paroles échangées s’impriment dans les mémoires éparpillées.
Les notes chantées s’envolent allègrement par les cheminées.

A lawn, the golfers’ green, mowed by the master of the house from the top of his tractor, and flowerbeds with various greens, maintained by the mistress with ardour.
For over forty years, this house has welcomed friends, artists, visitors,
parents, children, neighbours and musicians.
