Quartetto Indaco is the first Italian ensemble to win first prize in the Osaka International Chamber Music Competition. The Osaka International Chamber Music Competition is divided into a section for string quartets and one for trios and quartets with piano.

Congratulations also to the Terra String Quartet, from the United States, which finished on the podium in third place.
