The Villa was built by the Master Luthier Sesto Rocchi and Elda Vecchi Rocchi, a textile merchant in 1962, based on a Giusberti’s project.
On the ground floor the original workshop of Master Luthier Rocchi has been perfectly preserved as it was left in 1991. A library with rare violin making books can also be found. From an architectural point of view, what makes the Villa interesting is the large terraces, one of which is suspended.
The Villa has stone and wood exteriors, and a large garden recently enriched with shrubs and plants blooming throughout the year.
