The house of Tenuta Cammarana is an historic country residence and is located on the “Altopiano Ibleo” between Ragusa and the Donnafugata Castle.
Far from the chaos of the inhabited centers, it is an elegant and austere place immersed in its ancient beauty.

Conceived as a holiday home, it was situated in the middle of a fiefdom of 800 hectares that stretched from 350 meters above sea level and, declining gently, arrived through dry-stone walls, Arabian gardens, carob trees and centuries-old oaks, by the sea.
It was a summer residence and a vacation place for the family and still today all this is well told by the atmosphere and the black and white photos of the Nadar era that are kept in the library.

The library available to guests invites to relax, such as the hortus conclusus and the shady gardens, places where silence and scents welcome and soothe the spirit.
