The Quartet also won the Second Prize of the FNAPEC European Competition in Paris as well as the Second Prize and the Special “Adolfo Betti” Prize for the best String Quartet at the Concorso di Musica da Camera Virtuoso & Belcanto, in Lucca, in 2018.
That same year, they won the “Rheingau Music Festival” Prize at the “63rd Jeunesses Musicales International Chamber Music Campus” in Weikersheim, Germany.
Since then, the quartet is invited in different festival such as le Festival de Wissembourg, le Festival des Arcs, les Rencontres Musicales d’Evian or the Folles Journées de Tokyo and Ekaterinburg.

During his journey, the Quatuor Elmire benefits the teaching of their mentors: Philippe Bernhard of the Quatuor Modigliani, Luc-Marie Aguera of the Quatuor Ysaÿeand Rainer Schmidt of the Hagen Quartet. They enhance their playing by taking part to several masterclasses with chamber music masters as the Quartets Ebéne, Berg, Danel, Casals, Tabea Zimmermann or Andras Keller from the Keller Quartet.
They thus acquire confidence of professionals and are since artists in residency at the association Proquartet, le Dimore del Quartetto, le Festival des Arcs and the Fondation Singer-Polignac.

Curious to explore different horizons, they collaborate with the guitarist Samuel Strouk in the recording of a jazz/classic influence album called “Nouveaux Mondes” produced by WDS records, Universal. Moreover they work with the stage director Marcus Borja for the International Theatre Festival of Milos and with the Belle Saison in Paris for the recording of a new album.
They launch their first chamber music festival, the “Festiv’Elmire” in the beautiful concert hall of the Salle Cortot at the end of 2020.
