In this unique location, the owner decided to restore his monumental palaces located there in order to open them to the public, sharing their beauty and culture with the most demanding traveller. Thus, the first “Albergo Diffuso” (multi-building hotel) in Nardò was created. It offers his guests the possibility of staying in the splendid rooms rich of history of the three palaces, once inhabited by numerous eminent figures of the aristocracy of the Kingdom of Naples, of the Two Sicilies and of the ecclesiastical world.

On the noble floor of Sambiasi palace – ex Monastero Santa Teresa – in the large frescoed halls, one can lose oneself in reading an interesting book from the international library.
