MUSICAL PERSPECTIVES: TWO WORLDS, ONE LANGUAGE

While musicians all speak the language of music, they sometimes have questions about how to navigate their careers in different societies.
The Si-Yo Music Society Foundation has selected Simone Gramaglia, viola of the Quartetto di Cremona and artistic director of Le Dimore del Quartetto, to give a presentation on “doing business as a musician” to Si-Yo Artists and selected guests. The presentation will examine and discuss the differences between the musical worlds of the United States and Europe. Topics include accessing the European market, making the right connections, and comparing musical approaches.
