BRAMANTINO
The tour focuses on the artworks by Bramantino, preserved in room three of Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, each one characterized by complex symbolic meanings. Starting with Adorazione del Bambino, from the artist’s youthful period, it will go to analyze the frescoed lunette representing the Pietà, originally placed at the crowning of the portal of the church of San Sepolcro, and then ending with the renowned Madonna in Trono con Sant’Ambrogio e Michele, known also as Madonna delle Torri.

Trio Hegel has won awards in numerous competitions and has performed in important occasions and suggestive venues, to name a few: the Dino Ciani Association, the GIA Association, the Mantua Chamber Music Festival, the Teatro Grande Foundation and the Milan Quartet Society. Their collaboration with composer Mauro Montalbetti led them to the premiere performance of the piece, “Sei Bagatelle per Trio d’archi” and the composition “E voi empi sospiri – Madrigale per Trio d’archi,” dedicated to them.
The Trio Hegel’s artistic growth is linked to the names of the Cremona Quartet and Antonello Farulli. The Trio has had numerous collaborations with important artists such as Alessandro and Luca Simoncini, pianist Piero Barbareschi, flutist Tommaso Benciolini, and actors Ivana Monti and Marco Baliani. At the request of composer Carlo Boccadoro, Trio Hegel has performed his recent string trio several times and recorded several records for the Tactus and Da Vinci Classics labels.
