#MUSICACONVISTA
Open-air classical music festival in the most beautiful locations in Italy
Now in its fourth year, Musica con Vista 2023 – the first National Classical Music Festival of the Italian summer inspired by the “Grand Tour” of the 1700s-will travel throughout Italy, from Trent to Palermo, from May 27 to September 30, 2023, in a unique musical journey to discover the beauty and hidden treasures of our Peninsula.
The goals of Musica con Vista are:
Musica con Vista creates an ecosystem composed of cultural operators, entities that preserve historical heritage and local communities, within which resources and needs ring in a circular economy.
The concerts, scattered throughout the Italian territory and accompanied by collateral activities related to artistic heritage and the discovery of hidden wonders, enhance decentralized areas and activate local associations and artisans, with a view to proximity tourism. This formula ensures the local sustainability of the project and its replicability in different territories.
The proposal of cultural innovation and connection on the territory of Musica con Vista was born in 2020 thanks to the meeting of mission and activities between Le Dimore del Quartetto and Comitato AMUR. The cultural heritage of historic mansions and young Italian and European professional chamber musicians meets the history and tradition of some of the most important and historic chamber music concert organizations in Italy.

The Musica con Vista 2022 festival runs from June 11 to Sept. 29 and travels throughout Italy, from Trento to Palermo. The 37 concerts spread throughout Italy are the stages of a musical journey through the gardens, cloisters and courtyards of historic mansions and palaces, an integral part of our country’s identity and cultural heritage.
The goals of Musica con Vista are:
to support the new generation of young talents in classical music
offer the opportunity for a curious public to discover beauty on their doorstep by activating territories
to develop a national system in which Culture is an engine for the sustainable development of the country
The proposal of cultural innovation and connection on the territory of Musica con Vista was born in 2020 thanks to the meeting of mission and activities between Le Dimore del Quartetto and AMUR Committee. The cultural heritage of historic houses and young Italian and European professional chamber musicians meets the history and tradition of some of the most important and historic chamber music concert organizations in Italy.
The partnership formed with Associazione Dimore Storiche Italiane starting with the 2021 edition contributes to the creation of the Musica con Vista network: by opening to the public the extraordinary historic residences scattered throughout Italy, the festival’s offer is enriched and the capillarity of the activation of the territories is enhanced.
