Writing workshop. First meeting with first classes as part of the ABITO project
The aim is to search for everyday stories related to sport. Use reading and writing of sports stories as a means of self- and other-knowledge, and draw from these the values of sports culture: commitment, sacrifice, effort, dedication, merit, inclusion, perseverance, teamwork, respect for the opponent. Production of a final book.
THE PROJECT "ABITO"
ABITO is a civic education course that accompanies secondary school students on the path to conscious citizenship through the languages of art and culture. ABITO is conceived and promoted by a group of cultural institutions governed by women who care about the development of a society of equals: Le Dimore del Quartetto, Fondazione Arnoldo e Alberto Mondadori, Triennale Milano Teatro, Museo Teatrale alla Scala, Equaly and Italia Music Lab.
In this context, Le Dimore del Quartetto proposes the MetaFour project a journey of words and musicbased on a direct dialogue with the musicians of a string quartet, which raises awareness of the importance of collaboration, listening and the fundamental values that guide a civil society.
The pilot edition of ABITO is promoted with the support of Fondazione EOS – Edison Orizzonte Sociale.
