THE VINSANTO AND OIL OF VILLA GUARDATOIA
The Azienda Agricola Marzalla was founded in 1987 by the heirs of the Cecchi family who has been managing these lands since the first half of the 1600s. The quality of these products is the result of both the specific physical characteristics of the soil and the professionalism and experience gained over the years by the Cecchi family.
The Vinsanto “Tre Chiodi” 2008 is produced from perfectly healthy grapes which are hung in the Vinsantaia for a natural drying for about 4 months. It has a bright appearance with golden and amber reflections, delicate notes of dried fruit and aromas not overwhelmed by the wood of the barrels; it has a soft taste and a pleasant structure.
The "Villa Guardatoia" oil, rich in chlorophylls, is immediately appreciated for its green hue with light golden reflections and delicate notes of fresh almond followed by an intense spicy taste and light bitter notes. The resulting aroma is intense and balanced with a guarantee that the organoleptic value and typicality will remain stable over time.

THE ORGANIC WINES OF PODERE AI VALLONI
Podere ai Valloni is a historic producer in Upper Piedmont that has been producing Boca DOC since 1980. Located along the ancient Traversagna road among the hills, it is a hinge between the area of the Lake Orta and Maggiore, famous for the beauty of their landscapes, villas and parks, and the long valley carved by River Sesia and its tributaries, which climbs up to the Mount Rosa massif, a paradise for mountain lovers.
The utmost care is given to the management of the vineyard, from the tillage to the manual pruning techniques. The vineyard is run under certified organic farming, without any chemical weeding, with very small treatments and a demanding selection of the bunches.
The microclimate, pleasantly ventilated by the fresh currents that descend from the valleys, favors the ripening of the grapes which until October are enriched with colors, scents and flavors. Furthermore, the vineyard is rooted on the rocks of the Supervulcano della Valsesia, porphyries with a characteristic red-purple color that give the peculiar characteristics of elegance and minerality to our wines. Wines that are produced exclusively with the grapes of their production with a deliberately very low yield per hectare, to privilege quality over quantity.

THE BIODYNAMIC WINES OF CASTELLO DI ROCCA GRIMALDA
The Azienda Vitivinicola Rocca Rondinaria - Castello di Rocca Grimalda, located in the hills of the high Monferrato at 300 m a.s.l., is a small producer of certified organic and biodynamic artisan wines. The historic vineyards were recovered from abandonment and, due to the steep slopes, are considered heroic. The wines are strongly characterized by the terroir which gives them a strong identity. The vines are indigenous: Dolcetto, red grape Barbera and white grape Timorasso. The cellars are in the castle, the vinification is natural with spontaneous fermentations without adding selected yeasts.
