LE DIMORE DEL QUARTETTO KEEPS GROWING

Located in the Palace of the Counts of Pombeiro, purchased by the Italian Government in 1925, it contains one of the most significant furnishing collections.
|

It dates back to 1669, and since the 900s, when the noble floor was purchased by the Danielli family, chamber and jazz music concerts have been hosted here.

This antique Sicilian manor house is an expression of the first eclecticism-liberty style in Messina. It has an extraordinary panorama of the Mediterranean Sea and the Aeolian Islands.

Built in the 1400, it is immersed in a hidden valley among the hills of Lucca and in the 1700 a delegation of friars settled here. In 1986, after 30 years of abandonment, the house has been completely restored by the actual owners.

Built in the early 16th century by Enrico Boccella, it has been conferred to the eponymous foundation by the Municipality with the purpose of making it alive and active through artistic and cultural events.

Taking place in the beautiful setting of the Villa Passerini garden (in the evening sunshine), the concert was truly magical. The quartet played absolutely beautifully and with wonderful expression and passion. They brought to life beautifully the Schubert and Beethoven - some of the most sublime music ever written.
