For the first time in its history, Premio Paganini has opened its doors to chamber music, in collaboration with Le Dimore del Quartetto, official partner of the competition. Thanks to the vision of Artistic Director Nicola Bruzzo, the candidates had the opportunity to perform alongside Quartetto Indaco, Trio Kobalt, and Danusha Waskiewicz, engaging in quartet and quintet formations on works by Haydn, Stravinsky, and Schumann. An opportunity for participants to showcase essential skills such as listening, collaboration, and musical sensitivity, reaffirming the central role of ensemble playing in the development of the soloist.
