One of the most prestigious violin competitions in the world, the Premio Paganini celebrates technical brilliance, artistic expression, and musical excellence. The competition opens doors to an international concert career, with past laureates performing on the most renowned stages across the globe.
Violinists have until February 11th, 2025 to submit their applications and take part in this extraordinary opportunity.

A NEW COLLABORATION WITH LE DIMORE DEL QUARTETTO

The Premio Paganini marks a significant milestone in the history of the renowned international violin competition in 2025. For the first time, young soloists will also be tested in chamber music, an experience that enriches the selection process, while fostering essential skills such as active listening, collaboration, and musical interaction, all fundamental to a well-rounded musician.
This new round, organized in collaboration with Le Dimore del Quartetto, will take place during the competition’s semifinals in October 2025, with candidates performing key roles in some of the most compelling chamber music ensembles.

The partnership with Le Dimore del Quartetto represents an innovative step in the competition's artistic vision, aiming to further enhance its international scope and contemporary relevance. By incorporating chamber music into the winner’s engagements, alongside solo recitals and orchestral repertoire, the Premio Paganini embraces a broader, more dynamic artistic perspective.
